Thinwire 2.0 also comes with more structured training and support, for which we will charge a nominal fee. This fee will go into effect starting July 1, 2011 and will be based on the level of support you choose.

A note about multi-sites
A few multi-sites exist in Thinwire and are grandfathered in. No new multi-sites will be created in Thinwire 2.0. Owners of multi-sites have the option of “breaking out” each site and choosing a cost tier per site if they wish. We can also break out individual sites and still leave some in the multi-site relationship.
